By accessing and using CareerBuddy (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

CareerBuddy is a client-side application that runs entirely in your web browser. It uses your locally stored data. All your data is stored on your own device and is not accessible by us.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VitableTech and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You own all the data you input into the Service and all the content you generate with it.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. The accuracy of the AI-generated content is not guaranteed and should be reviewed by you before use.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VitableTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

7. Billing and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments now or in the future ("Paid Services"). By selecting a Paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees or charges to your account based on the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

8. Refund Policy

All payments for services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for any Paid Service, there will be no refunds issued, either in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you stop using the service before the end of a billing period. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to use the free Hobby plan to evaluate the service before purchasing a Professional plan in the future.
